I guess I should not be surprised, if I was in a rain forest I would expext it to rain so being in Michigan I should expect it to be cold crappy and snow in April……

Anyway enough of me being a whiny whimp about weather.  What have I been up to recently?  Training, training and a 1/2 marathon last Sunday.  The race went ok, I was not quite as fast as I hopped to be considering all the running I have done of late.

The seasons come and go.  Finally I”ve been able to get some bike training outdoors, its still a bit cool but manageable, is it spring yet? it did snow a little last Saturday and was freezing this morning

Training has been going very well today the 100 in 100 challenge is coming to a end and me running is feeling fantastic - 115 runs, 76 hours 32 minutes, 633.61 miles (little over 1000 km).

As if I needed more incentive to run I also got me some shiny new running shoes thanks to a awesome gift card from my parents for my 31st birthday!

New phone kicks ass, love it does it all and does it well, I am completely sold on Nokia now this is by far the best phone I have owned to-date.

One of fun functions I found easy with this phone is snaping a quick picture and then it logs in and uploads the pic to flickr.  With wifi or high speed mobile broadband this means you can see pictures I take within moments of me taking them if you feel so inclined.  Here is the link, keep checking back because there is sometimes a gem or at least a funny.  Chick here for flickr!

Running is still going very well.  I””ve been running with a friends dog on occasions, Silly Lilly, very nice natured dog and a prety good runner just needs a little training to keep in line.

I need to get more fun winter running pictures…..when I sort out my new phone I will start to snap more cool pics from my various misadventures.
