One day to go before I race with Team USA in the long course world championships!

Transition area is ready for 700+ elite level athletes to move in tomorrow morning starting at 5am.

A little hard to make out, but this was the opening ceremony with Crowie the recent repeat Ironman World Champion.

Anyway, back to relaxing in preparation for tomorrows race.

Hi all, I”ve been busy training in prep for ITU Long course world champs in Perth and this has taken up most of my free time.  I was able to work in a few Olympic races after racine, placing 5th, 2nd and 1st respectively so I must be doing something right

Another change I made this year was a new bike, Jamis Xenith T1, I won”t bore you with picture of this carbon rockey machine, but here is pic of Multisport Bill, his wife Val and Dave Zabriski at interbike 09, vegas.
